Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Hive Education Consulting, appointments are reserved specifically for you. Advance notice of cancellations or changes allows us to offer that time to another family and helps us provide reliable, accessible services to all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Missed Appointments

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and have not provided notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

An appointment will generally be considered missed if the client has not joined or arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not contacted Hive Education Consulting.

Workshops & Group Sessions

Registration fees for workshops, webinars, and group sessions are non-refundable. When possible, registration may be transferred to another participant or applied to a future offering of the same workshop.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that illness, family emergencies, severe weather, and other unexpected circumstances occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Hive Education Consulting in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations by Hive Education Consulting

If Hive Education Consulting must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled appointment.

By booking an appointment or registering for a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
